There reception staff were really helpful as our flight was cancelled during our stay and they were able to assist in booking an additional night without having to move. The grab bag breakfast and fruit is very basic but hot drinks are available out of hours and there are facilities i the room to store purchased food and drink. The hotel is adjacent to the airport but the sound proofing is good enough not to hear the planes. The motel is two blocks away from the south end of the strip, T Mobile stadium and other live show venues. You can get there on foot within 10 minutes and can walk through the MGM casino (worth seeing) if you don't want to walk along the road. There is an expensive convenience shop and a fast food chain next door but Walmart on the other site of the airport is a better bet. The motel is also close to the MGM monorail terminal for access to the rest of the strip. This motel has aircon - which was running flat out to combat the 35+ deg heat in September.

As we stayed here including weekend days the big hotels on the strip would have been too expensive. But this one here did have reasonable prices and its still in walking distance of the strip. In about 8 minutes you can walk to the MGM at the south end of the strip or to the monorail station. The hotel room was a bit tiny with two people and luggage in it but otherwise clean and ok. And as you only spend your sleeping time here its a good way to stay in Las Vegas. Enough parking space is available as well. But the best thing here is the really great coffee you the reception serves 24/7 for free. Compared to what you normally get their "house blend" was awesome. Also, for breakfast you get a nice bag to go at the reception with a small cake, candy bar, fruit, and water - included in the room price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I am very grateful for the staff. James was the evening clerk and was busy, yet he was kind and patient with everyone. In the morning, I had a dead battery and was trying to get to the airport, Jay was so helpful and offered two immediate solutions to help us with the time-sensitive situation. Because of her, we got our car jumped. Mark (maintenance) helped us and he was equally great. The room was okay, I wanted to jokingly say they didn't charge enough for the bathroom strobe lights, but workers made all the difference in the world and again, they helped us out in a tight situation when they really didn't have to. Thank you to all of them.

I had an issue with the cord I brought to charge my phone and I asked if they had any spare cords left behind. They were able to give me a cord that worked and saved me from a dead phone. I gave them my old cord in case it would work for someone else. I liked the chair next to the AC unit and the little foot stool. It was nice to have a decent seat besides the bed. Parking was available right outside our room. I liked the oatmeal and small pastries for breakfast and the lemon water was very refreshing. Refrigerator and microwave in room a big plus.

It was convenient for my trip and was close to my destination, which a plus in my book. the price was good!!! I want to give Donald a thumbs up for being very cordial on the phone when I called him at 3:45 in the morning because there was a few people talking next to my room, and I was giving them a chance to finish the cigarette and move on, but they just kept going and going and I told Donald that I need to get rest. I have a business meeting the following morning and he took care of it immediately
